We believe that part of providing you with the highest level of customer service includes assisting with prompt and efficient claims handling. We are your personal claims advocates and are here for you.

Never admit liability or fault after an incident, as doing so can breach your policy terms and compromise your insurer's ability to defend you.

We encourage clients to complete our online claim form below. However, if it is urgent, or easier to explain over the phone, please call us at 0449 584 797. We will then need photos and supporting documents to be emailed through to us at michael.luc@lakemacquarieinsurance.com.au. If you have a claim to submit that isn't covered by our online claim form, please use our email for your submission.
